Device targeting is a great way to gather insights specific to how users interact with your website on various devices. Want to display your survey only on desktop, or mobile? We got you covered. Follow this article to learn how!
Prerequisites:
- You have a UserFeedback Pro or higher license.
- You have installed the UserFeedback plugin
- You have the Targeting addon active
First things first, you’ll need to access your existing survey or create a new one. To edit your survey, head to UserFeedback » Surveys in your WordPress admin, then hover over your survey and click the Edit link:
Navigate to the survey’s Settings, and scroll down to the Targeting section.
Choose the type of device you want your survey shown, whether it’s Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile. You can choose any combination of these devices. By default, surveys are only shown on desktops.
